Hello! I’m Heather, a stay-at-home mom of three and the owner of Hen’s & Stems, a small family flower farm nestled between the Stillwater River and the mountains just outside Whitefish, Montana. We grow seasonal, locally raised flowers for farmers markets, bouquet subscriptions, small weddings and elopements, event rentals, and more. We also offer farm-fresh eggs, garden vegetables, and unique ornamental pumpkins.
Nearly all of our flowers are started from seed right here on the farm - with the help of my little kiddos of course. Our goal is simple: to provide our community with unique, high-quality, locally grown flowers for every occasion while celebrating the beauty and simple joys of country life.

Growers' choice with a range of colors and varieties in each bucket. Includes focal flowers, fillers and greenery to make your own beautiful arrangements! Our availability changes weekly with what is blooming.
* 60-70 stems depending on varieties chosen. For reference: one bucket of flowers typically fills 5-7 medium sized-mason jars.
Notice: 48 hours notice is requested on bucket orders.
Delivery: Delivery is available to the Flathead Valley at an additional cost of $20.
All buckets must be returned to the farm no later than the week following the purchase. Buckets not returned will be charged to the customer at replacement cost.
You are invited to provide us with a color palette or general vision, and we will curate a selection of the prettiest flowers that are blooming the week of your event! Includes focal flowers, fillers and greenery to make your own beautiful arrangements! Our availability changes weekly with what is blooming. Please add in the “Additional Info” section at checkout what your color choices are.

Need something pretty for a special someone (or yourself)? Order online and pick up on the farm! Our jam jar bouquets are boasting with color and country charm! Filled to the brim with our seasonal locally grown flowers. These are all made unique with whatever is in bloom! Every arrangement is different, and the photographs give you an idea of what to expect. Individual arrangements will vary in colors, content, and design. Jar style varies depending on what is available.

Pickup:
These are grab-and-go bouquets, and we cannot set a particular bouquet aside for you.

*Delivery also available within 30 miles of Whitefish for an extra $10 fee. (Dependent on availability)

Returns & Refunds: I harvest and arrange your flowers just for you! If you cannot pick up your flowers on your pick up day, please make arrangements with me for another day. I cannot offer refunds on orders not picked up. Any leftover flowers not picked up within 24 hours will be donated. *If for any reason (weather, crop failure, natural disaster, etc) Hens & Stems is not able to provide all of your bouquets, we will refund you on any bouquets you do not receive.
Rent our beautiful bloom bar for your next event! Allowing you to source your own flowers and create a custom experience. Perfect for those who want full creative control. Choose between white or galvanized tin buckets. Includes chalkboard sign, trimmers and umbrella with base, if wanted. (Can be used indoors or out.) Includes delivery, drop off and pickup within 30 miles of Whitefish.
**Bloom Bar must be returned in current condition or an additional charge of $100 will be added.
